A Roomba (a robot vacuum cleaner) is my answer to BLISS it comes to house cleaning! IT REALLY DOES WORK!!!! Every ARTIST should own one to allow more TIME for ART!
You really got one! My friends showed me these a few years back. You are the first person I know to actually have one. Did you see the SNL parody on it? I believe they called it the Woomba. Check it out-very entertaining!!! I love your blog. Britta
In 2006, I had my first show at the Augen Gallery in Portland, Oregon (my first actual gallery shows were at the Marghitta Feldman Gallery 2003-2005) in Portland. As a young child, I creatively adjusted myself so that nobody really knew what I liked. It was a way to stay under the radar, so as not to rock the boat in my family. I also didn't even really know how to play. Now I know how to express myself and play, but it's taken some time. My colorful work is a reflection of play and how play is also possible for you too. May this piece be a reminder that you're safe to play.
